LOVE hearing your Rome story! I have so many stories from traveling when I was younger. Reading this snippet makes me want to write them all down!

I LOVED reading this. I was in Rome for one night only back in 2006. It was the last stop in a 10 day tour of Europe and I had spent so much energy and sleepless nights prior to Rome that I wasted four precious hours sleeping before hitting the streets to explore with friends during our non-tour time. But, oh! What a magical time I had, including a mini-romance {not a one-night stand!!} that lingered into the wee hours of the morning before i boarded the bus to leave Rome.

Back to your recap: I would love to hear your daughter's thoughts on Rome. Thanks for the trip down memory lane :)
