One of the most interesting ways I’ve enjoyed bacon is on top of a cupcake. This bakery in Rockville, MD, does a chocolate cupcake with a chocolate ganache and caramel drizzle with crispy bacon on top. Fantastic! (And my husband, @akvalley, loves bacon!)

We send Petit Jean products to my inlaws at Christmas. My father-in-law could spontaneously turn into a hog by January! My favorite, bacon on a peanut butter sandwich!
