Happy Friday, friends! How has your week been? Mine has been full of writing and photo editing from my walk along St Cuthbert’s Way. In fact Macs Adventure has compiled some of the social media from the week on their site already. Super fun!

This weekend I am going to try to get up one last time with the sun and make muffins before the sunrise just becomes too early to be approachable here in Scotland. (4:45am today!)

Here are few more links for your weekend!!

I kind of can’t believe how much this story about broccoli held my attention. Seriously, broccoli!

I made these strawberry rhubarb bars last week: AMAZING-NESS!

New obsession: this flash fiction website. Here’s one story I particularly loved.

Let’s all go to this farm shop, shall we?

Remember how I am all obsessed with the yellow fields in England. Well, they are even more magical on film!

I love that my home church newsletter sends me an intelligent link to read about white privilege.

Learned something new about Arkansas this week.

We have some Scottish friends who are being relocated to the Deep South and so I told them to read about the Mississippi Delta.

While I was walking with my sister I read Sue Monk Kidd’s newest book, The Invention of Wings. LOVE.

Adding this to my Read-When-Discouraged Board.

I wrote a post this week for Arkansas Women Bloggers about using Google+ for photo storing, sharing and editing. You might find it helpful even if you are not a blogger because who doesn’t need more automatically generated motion pictures in life? (The photos in motion on this post were from my train ride home with my sister last week.)

Hope your weekend is full of sunshine + being outside!!
