I made this this morning and it was delicious. Thank you for posting it! Since I used an especially juicy just picked lemon the finished product was a little thin. I added two TBS silken tofu and that did the trick to thicken it right up.

Alison! Yay! I LOVE that dressing and it is expensive. I end up buying it in bunches on sale. Now I won’t have to! When I was pregnant with Max I would have spinach salads with cranberries and walnuts, sometimes avocado and that dressing… YUM!

ohmygosh alison! this is the first post that i read and i’m already totally addicted!! lol. i miss you SO much! even more now that my mouth is watering for some annie’s dressing! i wish someone would figure out the cheesecake factory’s asian dressing too! i’m gonna check out what else you have on here!
