Basically, the tag is just a way for everyone to find each other and be encouraged to go for a walk. Anytime, anywhere. For however long. I chose the number 48 because it is four walks a month for the year of 2014. But the number is really arbitrary! You can walk every day, twice a week, whatever you want! The great thing is that whenever I see someone else going for a walk on FB or Instagram or whatever, it reminds me to make time for a walk AND it encourages me! Makes me feel like loads of other folks are walking with me, even though they are far away. :)]]></description>
