Climbing Mayar, Glen Clova {Scotland} 19/48

Glen Clova Scotland, #48walks

Are you still walking with me friends?

If not, you can still start.

It’s the beginning of June, so you still have almost seven months left in 2014 to have some amazing adventures!

Make a list and tweet/Instagram me a picture! (@alisonchino)

Here’s a walk we did in mid-May in Glen Clova, which is about an hour away from us (in Aberdeen, Scotland). It was truly one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen, even in the mist, so I can’t wait to go back and see it on a clear day!

It took us about four hours to get to the top, so full day for sure. There might have been a tear or two when the fog settled in. The rain held off until the end of the day, but we got soaked on our last half mile or so.

My Google+ album has most of the shots from this walk and you can view them in this beautiful story format, a new Google feature that I am LOVING!

A few more walks from the community: Jen in Eureka Springs, AR, Ellen in the Auckland Botanical Gardens.
